Harrup Park Country Club, like many establishments that have been around for a time in Mackay, it all started with a sport; Cricket. From the inception of Mackay Cricket Association in 1891 to the purchase of the land in 1939 that houses the Club today, the Harrup Park journey is one of sheer determination on the part of those involved in it along the way.
